Label Lockdown
Label Lockdown ensures controlled label management by preventing users from adding, editing, or removing labels while still allowing color adjustments.
These restrictions apply universally across issue views, boards, popups, and bulk actions. A new tooltip informs users of these limitations, ensuring clarity.
Additionally, label rules remain enforced when cloning or moving issues between projects.
To maintain consistency, enabling "Label Lockdown" automatically disables the "Customize Labels for Project" feature to prevent conflicts.
Label Restrict
Label restrict provides greater control over label usage by allowing only pre-approved labels set by the project administrator.
This feature guarantees uniformity across issue views, boards, and bulk actions by automatically removing unauthorized labels.
Only project administrators can modify the approved label list, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Restrictions persist when cloning or moving issues, and enabling this feature automatically disables "Enable Label Lockdown" to avoid conflicts.
