DC App Testing operates on a prepaid model, where customers are required to deposit funds into their account before requesting any testing services. This prepaid balance is used to consume services on a pay-per-test basis.
Customers may cancel a testing request only if the test has not yet started.
If a test has already begun and fails during one of the major steps, DC App Testing will terminate the test immediately.
In such cases, customers will only be charged proportionally based on the work completed up to the failure point.
Once a test has been fully or partially executed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the customer's balance and is non-refundable.
All cancellation and status update requests must be submitted via our Jira Service Management Portal.
Customers may request a withdrawal of any unused prepaid balance at any time, as long as the funds have not been used to initiate or execute a test.
No processing fees are charged for withdrawals. However, the final refund amount may vary due to currency conversion rates and fees applied by PayPal or financial institutions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank account).
Withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-14 business days.
For bank transfers, it may take an additional 2–3 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on their bank.
There is no minimum balance or holding period required to request a withdrawal.
Prepaid balances are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or transferred to another account.
All cancellation and withdrawal requests must be submitted through our Jira Service Management Portal. Requests made through any other channel will not be accepted or processed.
DC App Testing reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Jira Service Portal and/or official notifications.
